How can I pay for my purchase with DiplomaCompany.ca?

We proudly accept all major credit cards. All of our orders are processed online through our secured checkout process which uses 128-bit SSL encryption! This encryption protects your personal details during the online transaction process.

What if I do not have a credit card? What are my alternatives?

A prepaid/gift card from Visa or MasterCard is a great option. These cards can be used to make online payments with all websites including ours. Just be sure to "active" your card upon purchasing it by calling the phone number on the back and providing a billing address. Those billing details must be submitted when processing a payment. These types of cards can be picked up at many stores and even purchased online.

Can you ship to an address other than my card's billing address?

Our bank requires that all purchases made, need to be shipped to the purchaser. This means that all orders will be sent to your own billing address. If this is a concern, please reach out to us.

What if I need to pay for my order using a friend's credit card?

Any orders made using somebody's credit card, other than your own, need to have the same billing and shipping address. This means that the diploma will need to be "shipped to" and "signed for" by your friend and not you. Our bank standards require this to prevent fraud. Upon receiving it, the buyer can give the product to you. Orders that come in with different billing and shipping addresses will be viewed for close examinations and could even be voided, due to the risk of fraud.

Can I make a payment by telephone?

To ensure that there are no misspellings on your document including names and dates, we prefer that all orders are placed online. This is so that everything about your custom diploma or transcript is clearly documented. Still, if you are unable to place an order over our site and need assistance, we would be happy to help you.

What about wire transfers?

If you are interested in sending money via Western Union or MoneyGram, please contact us. We can let you know what options we currently have available.

Do you accept PayPal?

We did at one time. That is no longer the case. This is because PayPal.com no longer allows their customers the ability to purchase novelty items with their PayPal accounts. This is their rule and not ours. We have personally seen customers have their Pay Pal accounts banned for buying such products. We do not want to see that happen to you and ask that you consider an alternative payment method such as a prepaid gift card. Look above for more details.
