As long as you contact us within 30 days of the day your package arrived, we will correct any mistakes and ship out an adjusted copy of your order. Mistakes may include wrong dates or names that do not match the information you provided in your order form. If you accidentally provided us a wrong date or name yourself, you will be subject to a reprint fee which costs a fraction of the price of a brand new order.
